The Purex 400i is a digital fume extraction system commonly used in industries like laser engraving and coding. It is designed for applications requiring high capacity fume and dust extraction and filtration in demanding environments where safety, precision, and uptime are critical. This model offers a high extraction rate and has a compact size, making it suitable for various settings including laser processes, soldering, and clean room environments.

– Digital Interface & Monitoring The system boasts a full-color digital display for easy control and adjustments to airflow. It also incorporates gas and particle sensors that monitor the filters and warn the user when they are nearing saturation or if hazardous gases or particles are passing through the system due to a missing, damaged, or incorrectly fitted filter. The digital display also shows information such as filter status, filter indicator (which shows if the filter is nearly blocked or if alarms are triggered), temperature, and options for interfacing with other equipment like lasers.

– Automatic Electronic Flow Control The 400i automatically maintains a constant extraction rate of 400 3m/h, even as filters become partially blocked, which helps ensure consistent performance and efficiency.

– High-Quality Filtration The system utilizes a multi-layered defense system including a Labyrinth F6 pre-filter and a HEPA/Chemical main filter to effectively remove particles and harmful gases from the air. The HEPA filter alone removes 99.997% of particles down to 0.3 microns.

– Other features The 400i has adjustable airflow, enabling users to set the desired airflow rate for a particular process. It is designed to be quiet in operation, easy to install and relocate, and built with precision from stainless steel, ensuring durability. The system comes with a connection kit and can be interfaced with other equipment like lasers for synchronized operations.

– Filter Life and Efficiency The quick-change patented Labyrinth pre-filters extend the life of the main filter by capturing larger particles.
