M-10iD/10L

The FANUC M-10iD/10L is the long-arm variant of the M-10iD series, offering a 10 kg payload with an extended 1,636 mm reach for applications requiring access into deeper machine tools, longer fixture reaches, or part presentations at greater distance from the robot base. The /10L designation delivers nearly 200 mm more reach than the standard M-10iD/12, enabling service of larger machining centers and wider fixture assemblies without stepping up to a larger payload class.

The M-10iD/10L features FANUC’s hollow arm and wrist architecture with integrated cable routing from J1 to J3, protecting dress packs from coolant and contamination in machine tending environments. Improved repeatability at ±0.03 mm versus the iA-generation predecessors makes it well suited for precision assembly and gauging. The sealed joint construction is rated IP54/IP55 with IP67 wrist protection.

Compatible with the R-30iB Plus controller with iPendant Touch, the M-10iD/10L supports FANUC’s full software suite including iRVision, Collision Guard, and Dual Check Safety. It can be converted to an Arc Mate 100iD/10L configuration by adding welding software and torch equipment, providing flexibility across machine tending and welding applications.
