Arc Mate 120iD/12L

The FANUC Arc Mate 120iD/12L is the long-reach variant of the Arc Mate 120iD series, delivering a 12 kg payload over an extended 2,272 mm reach — the longest in the Arc Mate series. The /12L configuration provides access to large structural assemblies, wide fixture layouts, and tall weldments that would require robot repositioning with shorter-reach welding robots. The 12 kg payload accommodates heavier water-cooled torches and sensing packages.

The Arc Mate 120iD/12L benefits from all iD-generation improvements: best-in-class repeatability at ±0.02 mm, higher axis speeds versus the 120iC/12L predecessor, improved surface finish that reduces spatter buildup, and IP67 wrist protection. Through-arm cable management routes the welding hosepack through the hollow arm from J3 to the wrist, protecting the dress pack from spatter and mechanical wear.

Compatible with the R-30iB Plus controller with iPendant Touch, supporting FANUC’s full arc welding software suite including seam tracking, touch sensing, Laser Seam Finder, Dual Check Safety, and positioner synchronization. ROBOGUIDE WeldPRO enables offline weld path programming and simulation for complex large-part assemblies.
