KR 20 R1810-2

The KUKA KR 20 R1810-2 is a 20 kg payload robot with a 1,813 mm reach that bridges the gap between KUKA’s compact KR AGILUS series and the larger KR QUANTEC family. It provides a mid-range payload with a reach appropriate for general-purpose assembly, machine tending, and light material handling — applications that have outgrown the 6-10 kg AGILUS class but don’t require the structural mass and installation complexity of the full QUANTEC series. The 20 kg payload accommodates a wide range of standard gripper and sensor tooling configurations.

The KR 20 R1810-2 combines the compact installation footprint of the smaller AGILUS models with payload capacity that covers most general-purpose industrial robot applications. IP54 standard with IP65 wrist protection suits machine tending and light manufacturing environments. Floor and inverted mounting options support a range of cell configurations. Operating on the KR C4 controller in standard or compact cabinet configurations with smartPAD, the KR 20 R1810-2 supports KUKA’s full software suite including SafeOperation, mxAutomation, and KUKA’s assembly and machine tending technology packages. KUKA.OfficeLite enables offline programming and cell simulation. The KRL programming environment is consistent with all KR C4 robots, making the KR 20 R1810-2 easy to integrate into existing KUKA programming infrastructure.
