R-2000iB/185L

The FANUC R-2000iB/185L is a 185 kg payload robot with an extended 3,060 mm reach, bridging the payload gap between the R-2000iB/165F and R-2000iB/210F while providing the extended reach of the L-suffix configuration. It is well suited for material handling and spot welding applications requiring both high payload capacity and reach across wide press lines or large fixture assemblies.

The R-2000iB/185L shares the robust iB-series mechanical frame and slim arm profile with the rest of the R-2000iB family, maintaining compatibility with existing body shop cell infrastructure. Its 3,060 mm reach eliminates the need for floor tracks in many applications where standard-reach robots would require track-based repositioning. The sealed joint construction handles the contamination environments of press room and welding operations.

Compatible with R-30iA and R-30iB controllers in B-size cabinet configurations with iPendant Touch. The R-2000iB/185L supports FANUC’s software ecosystem including Collision Guard, iRVision, and Force Sensing across both controller generations. ROBOGUIDE supports offline programming for reach verification prior to physical cell commissioning.
