The FANUC M-16iB/20 is a 20 kg payload 6-axis robot with a 1,667 mm reach from FANUC’s M-16iB series, a versatile general-purpose platform widely used across automotive assembly, machine tending, and light material handling applications throughout North America. Its compact footprint and mid-range payload make it well suited for machine tending cells where the robot must reach into machining centers or presses while occupying minimal floor space alongside the machine.
The M-16iB/20 combines a rigid arm structure with fast wrist axis speeds, making it effective for both positioning-intensive assembly tasks and high-cycle pick-and-place operations.
