M-410iC/185

The FANUC M-410iC/185 is a compact 4-axis palletizing robot with a 185 kg payload and 3,143 mm reach, designed for high-throughput end-of-line palletizing, assembly, and parts transfer. The iC-series update over the M-410iB/160 delivers higher payload capacity with a lighter mechanical weight, enabling reduced cycle times. The hollow wrist design routes energy supply internally, minimizing cable interference and reducing maintenance requirements.

The M-410iC/185 features a slim arm and wrist profile optimized for operation in confined work areas — particularly valuable in dense distribution and manufacturing environments where floor space is limited. High allowable wrist motion and inertia ratings enable the robot to operate at maximum speed and maximum payload simultaneously. An optional pedestal mount raises the work envelope and allows the controller to be housed within the pedestal, saving additional floor space.

Compatible with R-30iB and R-30iB Plus controllers. The R-30iB Plus supports FANUC’s full software suite including iRVision for visual line tracking and Dual Check Safety. The hollow wrist enables integration of a servo-driven robot gripper using FANUC’s servo hand control as an additional 5th axis. ROBOGUIDE palletizing simulation enables offline pallet pattern programming.
