LR Mate 200iD

The FANUC LR Mate 200iD is one of the most widely deployed small robots in manufacturing, combining a 7 kg payload and 717 mm reach in an exceptionally compact package suited for assembly, machine tending, gauging, and pick-and-place in space-constrained cells. The 200iD can be floor, ceiling, wall, or angle mounted, making it adaptable to cell layouts where a floor-mounted robot would consume valuable production space. Its combination of reach, speed, and small footprint has established it as the default choice for small-part automation across industries.

The LR Mate 200iD includes an integrated vision cable routed through the arm for iRVision camera connections, enabling vision-guided applications without external cable routing. Fast axis speeds — among the highest in the LR Mate series — support high-cycle assembly and gauging tasks. The sealed joint construction resists coolant mist and contamination in machine tending environments. The 200iD’s small footprint enables installation in very tight cell spaces, including tabletop mounting for laboratory and electronics assembly applications.

Compatible with the R-30iB Mate Plus controller in a compact cabinet, the LR Mate 200iD supports iRVision, Collision Guard, and Force Sensing in a complete, compact package. The R-30iB Mate Plus is the smallest FANUC controller available, making it practical for installations where controller cabinet space is limited. iPendant Touch Mate is standard. ROBOGUIDE supports offline programming and simulation for LR Mate 200iD installations.

For customers requiring a higher level of readiness, our reconditioning service includes full axis lubrication, servo drive inspection, controller servicing, cable assessment, and cosmetic restoration — bringing the robot to a customer-specified performance standard. We also accept LR Mate 200iD units from customers who need maintenance or repair performed on robots already in their facility, whether the issue is a failed component, degraded repeatability, or a robot coming out of a long storage period.
