iGAM Account
Creating an account is quick and easy. Visit the Account Creation Page and answer a few questions. You’ll be on your way to browsing and purchasing on iGAM in no time.

An iGAM account allows you to save items to your Wish List, place a bid on auction items, and make an offer or a purchase on the iGAM Marketplace. iGAM users will also receive email updates on exclusive deals and specials and when new inventory arrives.
Once you’re logged in, you can easily save items to your Wish List by clicking the heart icon on any product page. Access your Wish List by clicking the heart icon on the navigation bar.
We accept a variety of payment options including credit cards (up to $5,000 USD), PayPal and bank/wire transfers. For purchases over $200,000, you may apply for our Purchase Order Program using approved terms. Customers may also apply for financing through PayPal Credit or our preferred partner, Behalf.
The iGAM Marketplace
New inventory is added daily. Check back often to see the latest arrivals. Looking for something specific or want to get notified when inventory is listed on the marketplace? Contact Us and an iGAM specialist can help you find what you need.
With our inventory changing daily, sometimes items you need are no longer on our website. Contact us and tell us what you need, or you can add the item you’re looking for on our Wanted Equipment page and if we find the equipment, an iGAM specialist will reach out to you when your desired inventory becomes available.

Cancellations and Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you have issues with your order, please contact iGAM Customer Service, and we’ll work to find a resolution. For returns, it will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover all shipping costs to return the item(s) to our Marketplace.
We do our best to ensure full customer satisfaction. In the event a customer needs to return an item, iGAM offers a 30 day return guarantee. In certain circumstances, iGAM reserves the right to withhold a restocking fee. Please contact us for more information.
iGAM will process refunds within five business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to show up in your account will depend on the refund method and other factors such as your financial institution and processor practices.
Making a Purchase
You can Buy Now or Make an Offer to purchase an item on iGAM. Additionally, you can speak with an iGAM Specialist by calling (855) 678-4426.

Sales Tax Exemption
After check out, immediately email your valid transaction tax exemption certificate to customerservice@iGAM.com. Once we receive this, we will update your invoice and remove tax where permitted by law. We will keep your tax exempt documentation in your account for future purchases. It is your responsibility to provide updated documentation when facts and circumstances warrant or when your certificate expires.
Shipping
iGAM coordinates all outbound shipments on purchases, based on selections made by the customer during checkout. In certain circumstances, we are happy to work with customers needing to manages their specific shipping needs. Please contact our shipping department at shipping@igam.com with details of your purchase for custom order processing.
