LR Mate 200iB

The FANUC LR Mate 200iB is a compact tabletop 6-axis robot with a 5 kg payload and 704 mm reach, designed for small-part assembly, pick-and-place, and inspection in space-constrained applications. The predecessor to the LR Mate 200iC, the 200iB brings proven reliability and established parts availability to light industrial, laboratory, and cleanroom applications. Axis speeds reaching up to 480°/s enable high-cycle throughput on small-part handling tasks.

The LR Mate 200iB features an integrated, internally mounted solenoid valve pack and end effector built into the wrist, simplifying EOAT integration and reducing external hardware. Fail-safe brakes on axes 2 and 3 provide additional safety in applications with vertical axis loading. Floor, inverted, angle, and wall mounting options provide maximum cell layout flexibility including tabletop and panel installations.

Compatible with R-J3iB and R-30iA controllers. The LR Mate 200iB is well suited for laboratory automation, electronics assembly, medical device manufacturing, and food handling in cleanroom or washdown configurations. ROBOGUIDE supports offline programming for cell layout verification.

All units are inspected and powered on at our Detroit facility before shipping. iGAM also accepts LR Mate 200iB units from customers who need maintenance or refurbishment performed on robots already in their facility, bringing underperforming equipment back to reliable operation.
