Arc Mate 100iD/10L

The FANUC Arc Mate 100iD/10L is the long-arm welding variant of the M-10iD/10L, offering a 10 kg payload with a 1,636 mm reach — nearly 200 mm more than the standard Arc Mate 100iD — for arc welding applications on larger assemblies, deeper fixtures, and parts with greater reach requirements. The /10L provides the welding capability of the iD series with reach that eliminates robot repositioning on medium-to-large weldments.

The Arc Mate 100iD/10L features the iD-generation curved arm design with fully integrated welding hosepack routing through the hollow arm, minimizing interference in narrow fixture environments. Best-in-class repeatability at ±0.03 mm enables precise weld bead placement. The sealed joint design provides IP67 wrist protection against spatter, fume, and coolant exposure in production welding environments.

Compatible with the R-30iB Plus controller with iPendant Touch, supporting FANUC’s full arc welding software suite including seam tracking, touch sensing, Laser Seam Finder integration, Dual Check Safety, and positioner synchronization. ROBOGUIDE WeldPRO enables offline weld path programming and simulation for the extended-reach work envelope.
