M-410iC/500

The FANUC M-410iC/500 is a 4-axis palletizing robot with a 500 kg payload capacity and 3,143 mm reach, the highest-payload variant in the M-410iC series. It replaces the M-410iC/450 with increased payload and improved cycle performance. Capable of stacking pallets up to 2 meters high at production rates exceeding 1,000 cycles per hour, it is designed for the heaviest end-of-line palletizing applications across distribution, manufacturing, and bulk goods industries.

The M-410iC/500 features a hollow wrist that routes the energy supply through the arm, minimizing cable interference and enabling servo-driven gripper integration via FANUC’s 5th-axis servo hand control. The slim arm and wrist design allows operation in confined work areas. An optional pedestal mount raises the work envelope while housing the controller within the pedestal, minimizing floor space. The IP54 rated protection handles the dust and splash environments of production floor palletizing.

Compatible with the R-30iB controller with iPendant Touch. The R-30iB supports FANUC’s iRVision for visual line tracking and product locating, enabling reliable picking of varied box presentations. KUKA.PalletTech-equivalent FANUC palletizing software simplifies pallet pattern programming. ROBOGUIDE supports offline simulation and reach verification.
