LR Mate 200iD/7L

The FANUC LR Mate 200iD/7L is the long-arm variant of FANUC’s widely deployed LR Mate 200iD mini robot, offering a 7 kg payload with an extended 911 mm reach for applications requiring access into deeper fixtures, longer machine tool reaches, or part presentations at a greater distance from the robot base. The 7L is commonly used for machine tending on larger machining centers where the standard 717 mm reach of the 200iD base model cannot reach the full depth of the machine tool envelope.

Like all LR Mate 200iD variants, the 7L features an integrated vision cable routed through the arm for iRVision camera connections, eliminating external camera cables and enabling compact vision-guided pick-and-place without additional wiring complexity. The sealed joint construction resists coolant mist and swarf in machine tending environments. The long-arm configuration maintains the same fast axis speeds as the standard 200iD, making it equally capable in high-cycle assembly and gauging applications.

The LR Mate 200iD/7L is compatible with the R-30iB Mate Plus controller in a compact cabinet format — the smallest FANUC controller available, making it practical for tabletop and panel-mounted installations. The R-30iB Mate Plus supports FANUC’s iRVision, Collision Guard, and Force Sensing options. The iPendant Touch Mate is the standard programming device. ROBOGUIDE fully supports the 7L for offline programming and simulation.
