Arc Mate 100iD

The FANUC Arc Mate 100iD is the next-generation compact arc welding robot with a 12 kg payload and 1,441 mm reach, delivering significant productivity advances over the Arc Mate 100iC series. The iD-generation design features a curved J2 arm and integrated hosepack routing that minimizes interference with workpieces and fixtures, allowing operation in more compact welding cells. Best-in-class repeatability at ±0.02 mm enables tighter bead placement tolerances.

The Arc Mate 100iD features a fully integrated welding hosepack and utility cable routing through the hollow arm, eliminating external dress packs and reducing the overall cell footprint. Faster axis speeds versus the 100iC predecessor reduce cycle times on continuous seam welding paths. The improved wrist IP67 rating provides enhanced protection in direct spatter and coolant exposure environments.

Compatible with the R-30iB Plus controller with iPendant Touch, the Arc Mate 100iD supports FANUC’s full arc welding software suite including seam tracking, touch sensing, arc welding process control, Laser Seam Finder integration, and Dual Check Safety. ROBOGUIDE WeldPRO enables offline weld path programming and cell simulation.

iGAM offers the Arc Mate 100iD at multiple condition levels. All units are inspected and run prior to shipping from our Detroit facility. Our reconditioning service includes axis lubrication, servo evaluation, controller servicing, and functional testing. We also work with customers who own Arc Mate 100iD units requiring maintenance or repair in their own facilities.
