R-2000iC/125L

The FANUC R-2000iC/125L is the extended-reach variant of the R-2000iC family, providing a 125 kg payload over a 3,100 mm reach with the iC-platform’s improved repeatability of ±0.05 mm. The L-suffix long-arm configuration allows it to span wide press beds, large fixture stations, and extended transfer distances without a floor track — eliminating the installation complexity and maintenance overhead of track-based systems.

Built on the same iC mechanical platform as the R-2000iC/210F and 165F, the 125L benefits from the faster wrist speeds, reduced robot weight, and improved maintenance intervals of the iC generation versus the iB/125L predecessor. At 1,115 kg, it is significantly lighter than the iB/125L at 1,230 kg. The slim arm geometry is retained, maintaining compatibility with existing R-2000iB long-arm cell layouts.

Compatible with R-30iB and R-30iB Plus controllers, the R-2000iC/125L supports FANUC’s full current software suite. Collision Guard is particularly important for extended-reach installations where the robot is operating near press tooling and fixture components at the limits of its work envelope. ROBOGUIDE offline programming is strongly recommended for reach verification and cable management prior to physical commissioning.
