FANUC R-2000iB/200R

The FANUC R-2000iB/200R is a 200 kg payload robot with a 3,095 mm reach in the rack-mount configuration, designed for installation on an elevated structure or overhead gantry rather than a conventional floor base. The R-designation indicates rack mounting — the robot is positioned above the work area, saving floor space and providing access to workpieces from above. This configuration is used in press transfer, large part handling, and machine tending applications where floor-level mounting is constrained.

The R-2000iB/200R features the largest motion range and highest payload in its rack-mount class, with a 3,095 mm reach enabling span across large work areas from the elevated mounting position. The slim arm geometry and robust joint construction are shared with the floor-mounted R-2000iB variants. The ability to reach below its own base further extends the effective work envelope in rack installations.

Compatible with R-J3iC, R-30iA, and R-30iB controllers depending on year of manufacture. Modular cabling units simplify maintenance and enable servo gripper and vision system integration. ROBOGUIDE supports offline programming for rack-mount robot installations, enabling reach and path verification prior to physical installation planning.
