The KUKA KR 210 R3100-2 is a 210 kg payload robot with an extended 3,095 mm reach from KUKA’s KR QUANTEC series, combining heavy payload capacity with a reach that spans wide press beds, large fixture assemblies, and extended transfer distances without a floor track. At 210 kg payload and over 3 meters of reach, the KR 210 R3100-2 handles automotive spot welding guns, large stampings, and structural component transfers in applications where payload and reach requirements both push toward the limits of the floor-mounted robot class.

The KR 210 R3100-2 shares the KR QUANTEC mechanical architecture — a robust, precision-engineered structure designed for the high duty cycles and shock loads of automotive production. IP54 standard with IP65 wrist protection enables operation in press room and welding environments. The QUANTEC series’ optimized mass distribution and high-performance servo drives enable consistent motion performance at full reach and payload, maintaining the repeatability required for precision gun placement at extended distances.

Operating on the KR C4 controller with smartPAD, the KR 210 R3100-2 supports KUKA’s full software suite including SafeOperation functional safety, mxAutomation for PLC integration, KUKA.PLC mxA, and the full range of KUKA technology packages for welding and material handling. KUKA.OfficeLite enables offline programming and simulation independent of the physical controller. The KRL programming language is consistent across the full KR C4 robot family.
