Overview

This cell features a ABB – IRB1600 M2004 Robot equipped with a Miller weld package, (**Missing Wire Feeder) The robot is controlled by a ABB – IRC5 Controller while the Logic and Communication are controlled using Allen Bradley – CompactLogix PLC. For the operator there is an HMI mounted on the front side of the cell, and both light screens and gate switches are integrated for safety. This cell also features a roll up door to protect operators during the welding process.
