iGAM aims to make the post-purchase experience as smooth as possible.

iGAM Marketplace Purchases

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for many iGAM Marketplace items. Smaller items are shipped via Ground parcel service, but larger items may need to be palletized and shipped via LTL freight. All freight shipped either domestic or internationally is FOB iGAM (Freight On Board – Seller Location).

Please Note: Freight shipping may display in the checkout as “Free”, but it is not free. It will be calculated and invoiced separately or the item may be shipped on the customer’s freight account.

iGAM Marketplace paid parcel purchases will be shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours.

iGAM ships daily via our preferred parcel carrier, UPS, though we can accommodate alternative carriers at buyer’s request.

International Shipping

iGAM can assist with shipping to North America, Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe and South America. iGAM will ship from door to port for ocean freight and door to airport for air shipments.

iGAM can ship internationally and can provide any necessary shipping documents. Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and inland freight to their location.
